I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, making my vacation wonderful. They offered laundry services, which was very convenient for me, and they also worked with me when it came to staying for a long period of time. The breakfast was excellent and they offered various types of drinks throughout the day. the hotel facilities were very clean and the location was great.
Nothing bad to say.

The location of the hotel was convenient. They offered great breakfast and a few drink options. the laundry services were useful, and the staff tried to accommodate long-term stays. the rooms were small, and the bathrooms were outdated. the service was subpar, with lack of attention to detail. the facilities were basic and lacked any standout advantages.
The noise level from surrounding areas was very high.

Breakfast and Laundry the breakfast was great, they had unlimited drinks like tinto, aromatica and periquito that you could grab any time of the day. But that was not the best part. They offer laundry services which saved us time and effort during our trip. the room was also located near all the attractions and public transportation. This made traveling around the city easy and convenient.
Poor Customer Service the customer service was not up to par. the staff was not very friendly and were not accommodating to our needs.

The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, with a great variety of teas and coffees available all day. Laundry services were also offered, which was a huge plus for us during our stay. The location was perfect, situated close to many attractions and restaurants. One of the best aspects of our stay was the staff, who were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They made our vacation wonderful and ensured that we could take care of our family with ease.
Honestly, there wasn't anything we disliked about our stay at this hotel. The amenities offered were perfect for our needs and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
